from a personal perspective (as opposed to business/ corporate) this is useful. I already share my user account and password with my wife so she can add and update items on shared to do lists such as holiday prep, birthday activity, shopping lists etc. i'm not sure how you improve on this - managing privacy/ authorisation issues would complicate an otherwise wonderfully simple but powerful tool
as an iPhone user, i find myself recording offline to do items as 'Notes' but this is annoying as I have to manually re-enter the items in ToDoIst when I'm next online. Same goes when crossing off items in a non-connected shop / supermarket. ToDoIst is brilliant for shopping lists, but would be even better with offline capability and sync.
Not just an iPhone UI but also an offline database that syncs on a periodic basis whenever network (wifi/ cell) is available. Perfect for when using ToDoIst as a shopping list and you can't get a signal on your iPhone.
