Yes the gmail integration is nice but the power lies in easily moving information from one form or container to another without retyping it. Mailing and texting myself tasks is a great example.
There are soooo many group project management tools out there. I am desperate for a simple tool with hierarchies that helps me organize my life without forcing me into some silly system created by people who are already organized. Todoist is the closest I've seen. Please don't overcomplicate it.
