  ishkov's google pipe is really useful. I used it as the basis of a very clunky but serviceable hack to somewhat integrate Todoist with iCal/Google calendar: http://diegomaranan.blogspot.com/2009/09/todoist-to-google-calendar-hack.html

  Please find below link to the simplest script (feel free to modify it) that exports all your todoist tasks to all-day events in iCal format http://todoist.appjet.net/
  You can then add resulting link in Google Calendar (add bu Url).
  There is still issue with Google Calendar refresh so your task are updated only twice a day.

  iCal support would be really great, but there is a bottleneck. The problem is if you plan to import Todoist events as "Other Calendar" (gCal/other cals/add by URL) then Google Calendar keeps cached copies only, which means that you will have you calendar refreshed once a day or something.. :( the only solution that I see - is to use gCal API to create own calendar and add events directly via API.

  I think this will be one of best feature of todoist. We will be able to sync with Google calendar outlook or anywhere else. I want this integration more then everything.

  This would be an amazing feature, especially if there was an additional Thunderbird extension for those who go between Macs and PCs. Synchronization of programs is the biggest issue I run into when using this and other similar products. I would even be willing to go premium for this feature.

  Question: If iCal support was implemented, would I be able to sync Todoist with my Plaxo account? If the answer is yes, this would make many of the other suggestions I voted for obsolete, as I use Plaxo to syncronize my Blackberry, my Outlook account at work, my Thunderbird account on my laptop, and my Apple Mail/Apple Calendar account on my home computer.

  By providing at least a read-only iCal export/view, I can see the todo items in my Thunderbird startup page.
